ebay has blocked me the "open request" tab to demand the non-arrival of an item
I want to open the case for an item that since June 24 (I bought it on the 17th and it was shipped from the 20th) doesn’t have updated tracking, it ended up at its last point at the Global Shipping Center in Elk Grove Village, in Illinois ( 60007)..
The maximum delivery date has already been met and even so the tab to “open the request†doesn’t appear, nor does it record anywhere that the item has not arrived. A poll appeared to vote on the item 15 days after the shipment, to which I answered with a low score and explaining why.
Strangely from there, the tab does not appear.
Before it was known that there was a problem, this tab did appear when displaying “more actionsâ€. The seller has handed me over to eBay since he shipped it and eBay doesn’t offer a way to file a complaint or "return" my call. Is there any other option that I can use? Thank you so much.

·3 years agoThe seller can NOT do anything since he is part of the EIS program. Once it arrives at the Illinois location, ebay takes over and they are responsible for the refund. Look at the sold item in MY purchases. Do you see a new tracking # AFTER the one that shows delivered? If yes, can you post that tracking # here and if you see a carrier name, post it too. Do you see an estimated arrival date to Spain?
You can NOT open a case until the latest estimated arrival date has passed by at least 24 hours. What date do you see in the MY PURCHASES for this item?
Ebay calls it the EBAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING program now. The other program is gone.
