I got a fake item and opened a refund case. I uploaded the tracking information but EBAY closed the case saying I did not. It was and still is in the correspondence. Now I can't appeal as EBAY says the case is closed. What can I do? It was an EXPENSIVE item.

Hi @1121mm Call your credit card company, provide the tracking number that shows delivery back to the seller, and request a chargeback. [Hopefully, you paid with a credit card.]
