Ebay causes confusion in its market place...

I want to contact eBay seller by eBay message system. The name (username?) I see on listing page is changed when I go to actually send the message. This is very confusing. Not a happy buying experience.

OP does not monitor original post. Post is intended to make eBay a better buying place than all other buying platforms.

It's NOT ebay. It's sellers (using different name on their 'store' than their id)

Some sellers that have a store, sometimes their Ebay ID is different from their store ID.

A message will go to the seller if they accept messages.
