ebay case workers do NOT care about doing their jobs to help buyers from BAD SELLERS | Buying

Well rack up another no do your job ebay when it comes to helping buyers with bad sellers ripping them off....ebay cares less in doing their jobs...ebay has a software that if it shows that your package went to your same city and zip code no matter what info you give to them to help with a case...ebay will rule in the dishonest sellers favor and you are screwed...This AGAIN happened to me with a bad seller....Ebay is full of it when they do the sales pitch of your protection money back guarantee boloney they always like to say to you but right down to the dirt it does not mean a hill of beans....I have proof from fedex with tracking numbers ( 414335995987 ) that whatever this seller sent was sure in the heck not my order....My order was for a box of oatmeal....if ebay did their job?? ( which they do not) they could of looked up the track numbers the sameway I did and find out that whatever this low life seller sent was something that was needed so bad it was shipped overnight to a pharmacist that signed for it of the name R. Buchanan and it was delivered to my Ingels grocery store pharmacy in my same city and zip code mine you....the order that was sent to this pharmacy was covid initial and i can tell yah that sure was not my box of oatmeal.....but ebay still ruled in the dishonest sellers favor and said i got my order??? and yet here is all this proof from fedex that shows i did not get my order to my house and i do not live in a pharmacy either?? or a grocery store either?? so how in the heck can ebay rule in the sellers favor and say I got my oatmeal order???? I am out my money and the trust I once had for ebay...ebay is making it where buyers are not trusting ebay anymore...it is buyers that keep ebay afloat if we buy? but I say why should we when we trust in ebay to help us when we do not get our order but they care not to look at clear proof of facts and rule in the dishonest sellers favor and believe me there are allot of scum bag sellers out there and now it is getting worst....hey ebay buyers...ebay now protects the sellers more than us buyers cause now they got a new rule they just did to help remove feedback from us buyers calling them out for what they really are dishonest...but than again you all got to look at ebay also and they themselves are being just like some of the dirt bag sellers and being dishonest themselves....ebay use to help sellers and buyers but now they only care about doing very little to nothing when iot comes to cases for the buyers to get their money back when they need help....way to go ebay your being sum of the earth...congrads....
