You are not buying any thing from eBay itself. eBay is a hosting site for individual sellers to list their products on. There are no ebay warehouses or fulfillment centers. If your question is about getting combined shipping if you buy multiple items from a single seller often they will combine shipping in order for a buyer to pay a lower shipping cost when possible.
