Ebay Buyers Being Ripped OFF DEFRAUDED by orders SHOWING DELIVERED and yet NOT RECEIVED
I have a order showing delivered and yet not received....UPS has confirmed in writing that the tracking # from Ebay order which seller used third party (Amazon) to drop ship, DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY NAME OR MY ADDRESS ON THE LABEL SENT FROM AMAZON , and yet ebay says because the tracking shows delivered that is what they have to go by.....even with confirmation in writing from the courier that my name and address are not on the label for this tracking. This is $169 fraud that ebay is allowing. I can't do anything with Amazon with no order # as order was with ebay. I can't do anything further with the courier because my name isn't even on the label. This must be happening to many users. This needs to be a class action lawsuit. Ebay should require hard proof such as photo by courier clearly showing where package left as I have seen some couriers do. Or signature if over certain dollar threshold. This needs to be a class action and I am going to write up a detailed account and start submitting this to attorneys that deal in class action. I encourage other ebay users if you have a valid and documented experience where ebay has not protected your purchase and their stated buyer protection policy to present your experience.

File for a return and choose Doesn't Match Description as the reason for the return.
Seller will have 3 days to accept the return or refund.
if they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for a refund.
If they accept the return, they have to pay return shipping.
Return the letter from the carrier stating the package was not addressed to you.
