I do miss eBay Bucks a lot. I was a high volume buyer and usually maxed out my eBay bucks every quarter.
I never understood people who choose not to sign up for them. It is literally FREE MONEY!
eBay Bucks gone now and it was a slow and painful death.
eBay Bucks went From: ≠2% of all purchase, plus the occasion 3%, 5%, 8% offers ≠Down to 1% plus occasional offers ≠Down to ½% plus occasional offers ≠Down to 0% and only occasional offers ≠Completely GONE: 0% and No occasional offers.
For me, my last eBay Bucks was 10/3/2022, over a year ago.
IMHO when they went from 2% down to 1%, the entire program was on an End Of Life plan, but eBay was taking the Band-Aid of slowly over a few years.
I miss the ebay bucks rewards and feel they did increase sales for sellers too. Especially when they had the 8% special limited time offers I would buy items I was procrastinating on. Plus the redemption of the ebay bucks created more sales for sellers. As usual ebay chose profits over their customers.
I never really have needed them to influence my shopping. If I needed something and it could be found on eBay, I bought it, discount or not. They were nice but not a good reason that I would just buy something to spend them on. In fact, lots of times they would just expire if I was not needing to buy something in the time frame they were good for.

·2 years agoNot me. I never signed up for eBay Bucks during all the years they were available.
[I generally avoid schemes that entice me to buy stuff I don’t really need or want … but I may be in the minority.]

·2 years agoOffering ebay bucks again for a limited time, may have encouraged buyers to purchase more on ebay during this holiday buying season.
