EBAY automatic sportscard Authentication issue, missing card
Sports card bought off ebay, sent to ebay's authenticator, authenticated, now missing, never delivered.
Ebay won't allow "item not received" request. Just keeps looping back saying its on its way to PSA Vault.
It was authenticated on August 13th.
How long I have to wait to claim "item not received".
Right now I'm out over $2400

Did you intend for the card to go to the PSA Vault? If you did when checking out did you add the 9 digit number to the "Street 2 Address line"? If you did not that could be why there's no tracking update. Did you sign up to use the vault before buying the card? Do you use the same email address for ebay and the vault they need to match.
To get in touch with ebay's Customer service scroll to the bottom of this page you will see a line of things about ebay in a small gray font. Click on Help & Contact select Contact Us from the list, you will have to select a reason for contact (not sure if there's a specific PSA vault problem) Once you've done that you should see an option to get a call back. I'd check you Order Details, to see if you entered the PSA 9 nine digit number for the vault.

OP1 week agoAlso, no way to contact ebay regarding this issue.
It's me giving a free month loan to someone, even if my money is returned.
The process is automatic for any card over S200

·1 week agoYou have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date (as shown in the Order details in your Purchase History) has passed to report an item hasn't arrived on eBay.

You have not given a free month loan to the seller because Ebay does not issue the payout to the seller until the item is delivered.
