EBay Authentication Center is Scam!

The seller had to refund me, because yall magically lost my shoes. Next time I'm asking seller to send them to me directly. Remember these are people that love sneakers as well, they can authenticate , so If we want them, they want them too. And to hear this always happens is crazy.

Ask them to send them directly to you? That's the beauty of that program, you CAN'T turn it off or avoid it.

That program is well known for mixing up items. I assume yours were just sent to some other buyer.

If the item shows Authenticity Guarantee the seller can't send to you directly.
The seller is not provided with your address, authenticators received that information, sellers can not send items to a different address other than what is shown in the order details. Otherwise the seller loses any little seller protection eBays provides.

by ebay or the seller, or lost in transit by carrier?
