ebay allowed a scam seller to sell item that were not delivered
ebay was my favorite site. I got scam purchasing a generator from a seller. Per UPS i was scamed the item was delivered to a trophy company that didnt exist. Never had a problem buying any where us or over seas. I hope the seller break a foot or two for scamming me before hurricane Milton arrived. Thank you, ebay that you believed this **bleep** that claim it was delivered. Where are the pics to show it was left infront of the home? Just like that, by case was closed. Thank you, ebay for a great experience during the Hurricane Milton 2024. Ebay, you are going down hill with fake sellers.
I will take all my item that i am considering selling and place them on your competitors website instead.

·1 year agoYou lost because tracking showed delivered. Then you needed to get a letter from UPS saying the address it was delivered to was not your address. Then you needed to appeal the decision using the letter proving it was sent to someone else.
I believe the time to appeal has expired.
Dispute the charge with your credit card.
