Regularly I receive a special offer of an eBay $5 discount if I'll use the eBay phone app.I have an iPhone7 that can't run the latest iOS, and because of that the eBay app won't download. Is there some other way for me to take advantage of those $5 discounts?My phone's just too old.I can't download the app. Thanks
