Download purchase history
I need to download all available purchase history. Various methods are on the internet. None of them are even still applicable. I am told to go to settings. and select a file that will take about a week to be available. But I cannot even find settings. If I click on Purchase History I see them back 15 or so years. But nowhere can I find a method to download or otherwise obtain them. HELP

·2 years agoUm, eBay started in 1995 so would be hard to get info before that. 🙂 Glad you figured it out. I have done the same request. Besure to download it as it only stays viewable for a short time.

OP2 years agoWell, as I feared, although I requested 1995 to 2024 and that request was accepted, all I got was 2017-2024. These were originally available but you had to download them one by one. So, the concept of getting 'all' your eBay transactions apparently is an illusion Hope I'm wrong. Waiting to hear from redmodelt Rockstar. Bob

·2 years agoAt one point, using a desktop browser I saw Purchase History options going back seven years.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

OP2 years agoThank you, thank you, thank you. Some details.
My current listing under Purchase History in my eBay account goes back 7 years to 2017, as you state; 13 or so pages. In desperation I had copied and pasted into MS Word all 13 pages, one by one. That worked fine including the associated images for the more recent purchases. Images were gone for the older ones.
So now the .doc file, which can be searched for key words (tediously) has the last 7 years.

I edited the start date successively going backward yearly from the present for 30 years. I figured I was pushing my luck and stopped there. 1994.
All options were defaulted, but I only need purchase history so I un-checked all the others.
Eureka-it seems to have worked, I will get my data in week as advertised.. If successful I'll try to push the
data back even further. I will report in a week, hopefully with success.
