And what is the estimated date of delivery which is stated in the purchased item?

OP4 months agoThat’s no help. I can’t even get in touch with the seller to see when it’s go be shipped

·4 months agoYou don’t need to. One day after the last estimated delivery date on the original order, go ahead and click the button there that says you haven’t received your item. There’s no need to communicate with the seller.

You don't need to get in touch with the seller. Your purchase is covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. The link I gave you tells you how to access your guest purchase. When you do that you'll see a Contact seller link. You'll also find the estimated delivery dates for the purchase. But if the seller doesn't respond or the package doesn't arrive by the last estimated delivery date that link tells you how to open a Money Back Guarantee case for a guest purchase. So I think it can be far more help than you think.
