Done with eBay
I cannot get a refund on my item that hasn't even shipped and also from a seller who scams people clearly but eBay lets them get away with it after they stole my credit card details no longer eBay customer will deactivate my account

·1 year agoI think you are being too dramatic. You will get a refund if they never ship it. You will get the 100% money back guarantee as does everyone else.

Neither eBay or the seller ever see it.

Its very helpful for buyers.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a Not Received case.

·1 year agoReminder: There was an estimated delivery date in the listing where you bought the item. If/when that date has passed and you've not received your purchase, you can open an item not received case by going to your Purchase History and clicking on item not received. You had 30 days to do this. Did you or did you not take that action?
