Didn’t receive package when said it was delivered
eBay sent me notification that package was delivered but it wasn’t and can’t seem to get it resolved through eBay keep saying that there’s a technical issue when I try to check my purchase history it shows that I have none

·8 months agoWas it USPS? They do occasionally scan as delivered a day or 2 before actually delivering. If it’s been longer than that, I’d contact the carrier to ask them to trace where it was delivered to. EBay’s only using info from the postal companies and passing that along.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding that purchase.
