It would help folks here to help you if you stated what problem you are having (besides not being able to contact a live person).
In years of buying on Ebay I've never had to contact a person on the phone or even the chat thing to get problems resolved. I'm sure there are times when contact with a person is needed but I've never encountered one myself.

·1 year agoThey haven't had a 'telephone' staff since 2019.
The only Phone Reps you'll get, tell you wrong info and/or promise to 'escalate' or 'open ticket' or 'refund' or or or and NOTHING ever happens.
You'll need to contact reps on facebook for any real help.
