DHL double charging me on packages
Anyone else experienced DHL or similar agencies acting on their behalf, without permission or notice, and holding your items/packages asking for customs taxes etc that you've already paid through seller??
Losing a lot of items/packages and money to this unwanted "service"?

You have posted you question on ebay's U.S. based site's community, (ebay.com) where we do not have many customs issues. From the occasional European buyers who ask about that question on this site, it appears that sellers are not providing an International One-Stop Shop (IOSS) number on the customs form so that when an item arrives in N.Z.'s customs they can see the fees were already paid.
You may want to to try contacting a local DHL office to see if there is an IOSS number of some type they need to be provided with so this does not happen again.
