Delivery
I've been trying to get help with a delivery I never received. Ebay shows it delivered on the 23rd of January but my building has 24 7 security and no shipments arrived that day. The freight company and the seller won't respond to emails and ebay just closeto appel stating shows delivered.
How do I proceed from here please.

Does the tracking show delivered to your Zip Code?
The first step is to contact the carrier to determine if the label on the parcel was indeed addressed to you. If the package was addressed to someone else, you don't need to know who, just that it wasn't you. Try to get a written statement for same. Then contact eBay through one of these social media portals:

Explain that you may be a victim of the "fake tracking scam", and see what they tell you to do.
There are other options for you as well, but find out what you can about the package first. Oftentime size, weight, origin, etc. is helpful. Also check to see if the seller is still a registered user.

Sorry, I didn't notice you were not in the US. What carrier was used for the 'final leg' of delivery?
It is unusual for a "delivered" scan simply to say Mexico. Sort of like "delivered to France", or "delivered to the US" is not very definitive. My concern for you at this point is if there is a notice of "delivered" associated with your order, and you received nothing, your claim will be denied simply because of the "delivered" status.
