·2 weeks agoIf it has only been two months, I would open a return request through eBay rather than waiting for the seller to reply to messages.
eBay’s Money Back Guarantee covers items that are faulty or don’t match the listing. The important thing is the time limit, so check the order and see if you’re still within the return window. eBay says buyers can normally request a return within 30 days of the estimated or actual delivery date for an item that doesn’t match the listing. check ebay policy
If the seller doesn’t respond to the return request within 3 business days, you can ask eBay to step in. Ebay customer service
I’d also include a photo or short video showing that the device no longer boots. That should make the problem much clearer.

vSee boxes being android devices are susceptible to malware interfering with a boxes operations. Have you tried going online to see if there is a vSee Media Technology Co. Ltd. customer service site or to find articles/videos about fixes when one will not boot up?

·2 weeks agoVeeseebox warranty is handled by their authorized resellers, if you bought from an unauthorized seller, you have no warranty beyond the Ebay MBG.

You can return a defective item through eBay's Money Back Guarantee for 30 days after you receive it. Beyond that you can try disputing the charge with your payment source. The caveat there is that much of the time card issuers consider those claims to be a warranty issue, which they don't cover.
