Defective ipod
I ordered a NEW ipod...for $200. They sent me defective junk that didn't even last a full month. Now they won't even reply. I'm out $200!!! DO NOT buy from them!!!

The seller's location and all that Apple branded stuff should have been red flags. Their feedback percentage, by itself isn’t terrible, but, combined with the other things, it’s the straw that broke the camel’s back, for me.

If you used a debit card or e-transfer your money is gone.

·1 year agoIf you ordered it under 30 days ago you can open a return. If it has been over 30 days, sadly you're stuck. I have purchased many of the older 40GB iPods and found the only ones I can count on really working were being sold by the original owner. Most of the ones for sale have received a new hard drive and battery and sometimes don't work

Their Feedback has a lot of negatives for exactly that.
File for a return. "Not as described or defective"

·1 year agoUsually when a seller has 'private feedbacks' that's not a very good sign to make a purchase with them.

So, I didn't look it up.

But we can post an item number so there's a way to get to a seller's FB through that route.

·1 year agoIf I want to buy the same thing of this seller...wouldn't it be nice to know if a previous buyer was happy of the 'item number' sold?
And...have you never ever seen a negative feedback with..."--------" as a response...yes it's a feedback but no words....

·1 year agoSellers can't have private feedback. Once you become a seller, that option is removed.

·1 year agoIf you don't have the seller's name by the OP and only looked at the feedbacks of the OP you would see it states 'private'.
We are not allowed to name and shame a seller here.
And the item that was sold was what?...that is the important feature if I was buying the same thing.
So feedbacks are posted...but the item sold can be 'private' plus there can be a feedback with only dots and no words...that's not a good sign of making a purchase.
Didn't realize I had to be technical.

If you have the option of filing an item not as described, do it STAT.
No need to contact the seller.
