default of implied warranty of merchantability.
It is disappointing to see that ebay permitted a seller to represent a dress as wearable, when it is totally discolored, and damaged. Reference # Order number: 20-12333-64020 A seller defaulted on the implied warranty of merchantability. A discolored dress can not be intended to be wearable.

·1 year agoEbay didn't "permit" a seller to represent your purchase. They permitted the seller to list an item and if it's not as described, you open a return request!

The only disappointment will be if you fail to invoke eBay's Money Back Guarantee to return the dress for a full refund.

·1 year agoWhen an item is not as described, all you have to do is file a return request using the reason "doesn't match description or photos" within 30 days of delivery, then follow the process.
