Customer service
I already stopped selling, due to lack of customer service, Now there is no customer service at all. The same is true of PayPal. Synchrony has ignored 24 consecutive months of my attempts to make payments on line. They have had a five record of dysfunction on accounts I have had with Sony, Summit Racing, and PayPal too. They may fund credit, but they never have been able to make payment tech work. Happy to lend, but no way to make payments. Five years of trying to get them to fix that through email, phone calls, etc. are never returned or acted upon. The CEO is the ultimate mismanager and cause of dysfunction. I will add that when I got into the eBay community bulletin board to tell other sellers to keep in contact with their customers, a gatekeeper kicked me out. It may be I will now get a form letter for a response. It is far better to shop downtown. I was just hit by needing to choose a board. Hello board.

You might get better reactions to your topics if you quit hopscotching all over the place. Adding anecdotal experiences that have nothing to do with a specific ebay problem only confuses people.
If Synchrony bank is not accepting payments or debits from PayPal you need to speak with them. If you do not like ebay's automated 4 day unpaid item cancellation process, it can be customized to allow buyers longer to pay for items.

You truly haven’t stopped selling since you have 6 listings posted.
There is customer service, you don’t call them they call you. There’s also eBay CS reps on Facebook eBay for business. As well as here in the forum, we don’t work for eBay but we certainly can help with whatever eBay issues you may have.
As for your issue with Synchrony bank not sure what that has to do with eBay.
