Crooked
I did business with Ebay(buying) for many years. I gave up getting the wrong items and then having to fight for a refund. Even when I submitted pictures to Ebay they wouldn't help me. This is one crooked outfit. Please be careful dealing with these people. I had always used Ebay instead of Amazon. Amazon is amazing if you do have an issue. Ebay doesn't care. Be Very Careful!

·2 years agoYour advice to "be very careful" is great. As a buyer and seller, I try to get as much info as I can before buying or selling. If I am unsure about a seller but really need the items, I do a test buy, for example, before purchasing a whole bunch of stuff from them. Overall, I haven't had too many bad encounters. When it happens though, it can throw you for a loop.

If you read and followed the terms and time frames for using the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) there wouldn't have been any problems.
The three most common reasons why a return fails are:
1) A buyer waiting past the time frame for a return to be accepted. (Not using/inspecting something within 30 days of receiving it)
2) Accepting a seller's offer to ship a replacement item, which usually does not arrive.
3) Communicating with a seller outside of the dispute console and being stalled past the 30 day time frame for asking ebay to step in after filing a dispute.

It is very easy to file a Return Request for a refund, no fighting involved if done correctly.

·2 years agoGetting a refund on eBay is quite simple and requires no fighting to obtain. My guess is instead of opening an offical return or item not received case through eBay, you just sent a message to the seller. That is not how refunds are handled.
