Crazy
I’m so fed up with this I’m probably more aggravated than I’ve ever been I’ve been trying to get my missing item taken care of for over two weeks now and this is just ridiculous it’s supposed to be easy and the best way but it’s been one heck of an issue and I’m really not liking this right now I work 10 hours a day and spend a lot of money on here and I don’t have time to jump through hoops and nothing gets fixed

If you have already filed a dispute for Item Not Received, in your purchase history it should appear just above the item title click on it, that is where you should find the Ask ebay to step in button after 3 days. Clicking on the More Actions is the wrong button.
FYI, if you post something on the Community and cannot find it when you come back.
Look in the upper right corner of a Community page where you see your default avatar circle.
Click on it, and select My Profile.
On the page that opens under the colored banner with your info in it you will see on the left
Posts Replies
Click on posts and a list of them will drop down, and they can be clicked on so you can read any replies you have received.
