Contacting a seller with a question before I purchase an item

I am having an issue with contacting a buyer with a question on an item. The directions say to select the OTHER option in Contact seller screen. That option does not show up. How do I reach out to them?

@dlrsb68 I used one of your own listings to show the steps:

Click to "contact seller:"

When you click, the box on the right pops up. Type your message and the "send message" turns blue and you click.

Can you share the listing number?

It's possible they don't respond to questions..

But I can check if I'm able to make it work, it could be your browser or device, even an ad blocker that is causing an issue.
