If you bought the item as a guest that, changes how you can contact a seller. However the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) remains in place. Read the terms of the MBG in the link @tobaccocardyahoo gave you.
orders aren't linked to an account, causing issues with tracking and contacting sellers; you must use the special link in your confirmation email to manage things, but you're still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if problems arise, like items not arriving or being wrong, by escalating through the guest process or contacting eBay support if needed.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so to proceed you must sign out of your eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email you received regarding the guest order to contact the seller.

OP10 months agoI did that and when I click contact sell off that link from order details it wants me to create an account to contact seller

If you are using a desktop browser, try right clicking on that link and choose "open in a private or incognito browser window".

·10 months agoIf the item meets the timeframe for you to file an item not received claim, file it.
If not, refrain from trying to contact the seller. If they are a thief they will just try to delay your filing the appropriate claim.
