Comunication with ebay
Help I need help
A beginner seller arbitrarily canceled a purchase order for 2 items, he did not like the auction result and now I am penalized for not paying. My English is bad and I can't find a way to communicate with eBay to fix the matter.

You were required to pay for the item.
Sellers are able to cancel transactions when the buyer does not pay.

More details on the transaction needed. What exactly happened?

The seller was not required to offer a discount for combined shipping. You needed to ask in advance of your purchase if they offer combined shipping. If they did not reply to you right away, that would have indicated they were not interested, therefore you were required to pay for the items with shipping as shown on the listing page.
Speaking with an agent will not solve your unpaid cancellation. The only reason why they would remove the unpaid "strikes" unless you have proof you paid or some type of emergency that prevented you from paying for your purchase(s).
