Combing Shipping as a buyer
I bid on a couple Items that offer combined shipping. I tried requesting a total but it keeps saying I cannot because I have paid for the Items. I have not paid for the items they only reason it could be saying this is because I have payment linked to my account. How do I fix this and request combined shipping? I do not want to play individual shipping when it will all be shipped together. I have messaged the seller with no response.

If these were auction listings then you have indeed already paid for them. Most sellers, whether they realize it or not, are opted into eBay's autopay for offers and auctions. You likely missed it, but prior to bidding you got a notice of the payment method that would be charged after the auction ended. All you can do now is message the seller and hope they'll refund the excess shipping you paid.

OP1 week agoThank you for your response. I didn't see it but It does say autopay after 24 on all the items. That really sucks because the reason I went with that seller was because they advertise that they do combined shipping and in many of the reviews it mentioned the combined shipping. I sent the seller two messages so hopefully I will get a response but unfortunately I doubt it. I am learning my lesson the hard way but at least I will know better next time. Thank you for your help though.
