·6 months agoHi, logical_plankton - Just curious. have you moved recently? Change your address on eBay? Agreed with reallynicestamps that this could likely be a "False Adress Tracking Scam." But, it could also be quite innocent.

Open a Claim under the Money Back Guarantee giving the reason as "False Address Tracking Scam"
If that fails, you are also covered by the chargeback policy of the credit card you really used to pay with.
