Click & Collect, So Called 3 day free delivery
After about 20 years of buying, I'm starting to hate Ebay, and only use it when (huge rival) doesn't have what I need. 3 day delivery by Royal Mail is 7 to 10 days. I have to use Click & Collect. 50% of the time there is no SMS, QR, code or Email, so I can't collect my item when it finally shows up.
I know Royal Mail have turned their 48hr service into a 336 to 480 hr service under false pretences, and it's not the seller's fault. But sellers seem to be taking 3 or 4 days to even dispatch far as I can tell. Whereas (big rival company) have their own speedy efficient network; sellers dispatch almost immediately- there are collection lockers, and I think even have a special arrangement with Royal Mail to fulfil orders on time. They are building an amazing self contained delivery network. They're wiping the floor with Ebay on delivery targets. I only use Ebay these days, if I don't care how long it takes, or I can't find what I need on (big rival)

Some have gotten spoiled with the 'present' purchase and ship using the internet.'
I remember when people walk, or take a train, or on a bus didn't have a cell phone in their hand like it was attached to their hand when born.

There are lots of places to buy things. It’s not a secret strategy to shop at big rivals and little ones too.
Heck, sometimes I put pants on and go to a real store.
Some sellers at the big rival also sell here on eBay. They use the big rival warehouse and ship their items in big rival packaging with a big rival truck.
