Clearly deceptive ad. I keep getting notified about listing.
Clearly the kit does not include 4GB of RAM or an Arm Cortex processor or any of the features of an actual raspberry pi computer that are listed as included. It's just $25 worth of Chinese parts but the seller is using deceptive wording to make it seem like the kit includes a RPi. That's what a "starter kit" is the SBC & parts needed to start using it. Buried in the fine print is the fact that no Raspberry pi is included.

I get a notification just about everyday that the price has gone down by a few cents or a dollar. it's getting really annoying. I already contacted them.

If you are trying to report the listing to assist others in avoiding being cheated, do not waste your time. Ebay does not act on such reports unless they exceed a secret threshold. This is due to a long history of malicious and untrue reports of Ebay sellers. In any case, it is unlikely that either an Ebay bot or an employee would understand the issue you are raising.
