How do even start a claim? Why does ebay make it so hard to do. Tracking shows item was delivered in the wrong state so its an easy claim for me but how do you even start a claim? It use to be so easy

·3 years agoIt sounds like you're the buyer. Your first move is to open an Item Not Received claim (at least) one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on your order. With Tracking showing delivery to another, you'll be refunded. Good luck.
Edit to add: You'll use the hot buttons to the right of the order (in your Purchase History) to open a claim.
