China shipped to USA says tariff is included but seller didn’t ship with speedpak?
The listing says that it included applicable import fees and would be shipped by speedpak, but it looks like the tracking starts with zcx and ends in cn not the ee or es long tracking speedpak uses. It looks like it’s a regular international shipping to the us that goes through usps. The reason I went with this seller is because it included that message and said speedpak, tariffs in the USA are a $80 flat fee for usps if it’s not prepaid like speedpak. Are they allowed to switch shipping like this? What do I do?

The shipping service whose number you received is a Zhicheng tracking number. They partner with UPS & FedEx for last mile delivery. If the tariff was not paid by the seller one of those services will bill you for it, either at your door or you will have to go to one of their local offices.
Your seller has SpeedPak service on all of their listings and the note you posted a screenshot of as well, but has not received any non positive comments for tariffs needing to be collected. All you can do is wait until is delivered, to see if the listing info about tariff included is true.

OP11 months agoWhat do I do if they try to charge me tariffs after eBay has that note? I specifically went to look for sellers that use speedpak for that reason
