China Counterfeit Coins
I was sold four different coins on Ebay and after having the appraised I was told all four were Counterfeit. I contacted Ebay and they tell e the seller has not viouated their policy and disissed this criinal activty.
I have filed a dispute through PayPal and y next step is to contact the US Federal goverment concerning a copany who promotes fraud and Counterfeiting US Currency
Buyers beware, do not buy items from China due to ebay not following their own policies!

·8 months agoWell, maybe instead of pointing fingers at eBay, do your homework about the product, sellers, eBay policies…or go to local dealer and buy coins there…p.s. US government not going to do anything..the same can apply to flea market organizers..anything that sold , legal or not, is responsibility of the individual sellers..hopefully you learned a lesson..

How did you contact ebay? If you called a customer service number you looked up online, you never spoke to anyone connected with ebay. Hopefully, you did not give those people any of your account info. Even ebay's C.S. reps have no way to determine if a listing is for counterfeit items or not.

Since you have filed a dispute through PayPal you have voided your ebay Money Back Guarantee (MBG) protections. All you would have had to do was go to your Purchase history click on the More Actions button, then select Return item(s) and from the menu select item not as described. and follow through to file the dispute. The seller would have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label or to issue a full refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they didn't respond or made excuses on day for you open the dispute and ask ebay to step in, and they process a refund from the seller's account. I suggest that you open the link below and read the terms and time frames for using the MBG. Save/bookmark it for possible future use.
