Help! I bought an item with free shipping but without noticing the delivery date which is 3 months. It's coming from China and it's been 10 days and still not shipped. No response from seller. What can I do?

·3 years agoFor what it's worth... moving forward, avoid the China sellers.

·3 years agoGot to watch those delivery dates. Sellers in China do set them way out. In many cases the item does arrive far sooner. If it fails to arrive, it might have aged out of the time limit to file a case. You then have to call eBay customer service. They can get the case filed. eBay may have taken care of that by now.

·3 years agoYou have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case, no matter how far in the future that date is. So I'm unclear how 'ag[ing] out of the time limit' applies?

·3 years agoNothing you can do except file a 'not received' return for refund 1 day after the last estimated delivery date.
