If you have committed to buy, just request to CANCEL the sale. If the seller ignores you eBay will typically do it for you anyway in three days. If the seller DECLINES, they will not be able to award you a non-payment strike should you choose not to pay.
"Being Verified" as a seller has nothing to do with the integrity of the photos, description, or product. There are many things for you to consider BEFORE committing to buy a product or paying for the merchandise. Some of these take some time and effort on your part. Just because it is listed on eBay doesn't make it real.
