Checkout no longer displays all payment options
When going to pay all it says Is
Paypal, Venmo...
Add Credit Card. (which, if I select this it pays with a default cc of mine - does not actually allow me to add anything)
If I want to pay with another credit card I have to go through Paypal...
Anyone else experiencing this?
PC platform, Chrome.

·Sep 7, 2026 at 3:59 PMAfter clearing cookies, credit cards can be found as usual. Anyway, I have never experienced this issue before. Last Friday it was fine.

OP1 month agoUPDATE:
To fix the issue I ended up deleting all history cookies login etc. from history.
Logged back in, now it's working as normal.

·1 month agoIf you are not seeing your linked credit cards when checking out, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the affected browser. Then sign back in to eBay and try checking out again.

OP1 month agoOhhh, I suppose I could've done that, I ended up erasing it all lol

I see options to add a new credit card when checking out either way. If I select "Add new card", a field appears below to enter the card details for me. In the app there is even an option for contactless card entry that I had not seen before.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting, then reinstalling the latest version of the app.
