Look at your account info again. One charge probably showing as Pending, was for the item and the 2nd one is probably a Hold for the equal amount on your funds, placed by your bank, because the payment went to an unfamiliar to your bank account transfer. It shouldn't last more than 1-3 working days. If you do more buying on ebay the hold will end once you've had a few transactions with ebay.
