Charged twice
Hi I,ve been charged twice for an item I’ve buy.
In my original purchase I buy 2 items, the total was kind of 100$ I pay with PayPal, I got charged in my account, then 3 days later I’ve got charged again with 1 of those 2 items, total of 31$. Why this happens ? I need to get my money back.

Unless an item is coming from outside of the U.S. the total on the invoice is all you should be paying. If there was a customs or tariff fee the carrier should be notifying you about it. There has been so much confusion over tariffs it is hard to keep up with the policy changes ebay and other international buying site's have had to make. It might help if you give us the ebay item number, which you can find under the item title in your Order details, it is 12 characters long without hyphens. With that we might be able to give you more information.

·11 months agoPaypal supervisor checked on this issue for me and said that at the time of check out within Ebay , the Ebay system is "capturing " the payment when the buyer clicks on pay now , but then a few seconds later re-captures the same payment again. This is an Ebay system problem that needs to be fixed

Sounds like a issue with PayPal contact them.

eBay only charges once and wouldnt charge different amounts each time.
Sellers never see your payment info and dont charge you at all.

·11 months agoSAME Paypal pay in 4 just OVERDRAFTED my checking account by charging me TWICE for the first payment 2 orders . I called them / useless as they just say they only see one charge on their side and refused to remove the double charges even when I provided screenshot of my bank statement clearly showing the errors.
Now i have had to dispute the double payments with my bank which takes over 10 days and change a bunch of accounts to remove that card since it is overdrafted A NIGHTMARE / BEWARE OF PAYPAL DONT USE THEM AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS !
I use PaPal pay in 4 often. I have never been double charged.

·11 months agoOK so why are you commenting here then ? This is a real issue Just because you haven't experienced it doesn't negate to problem
