Charged tax on a nontaxable item
I was charged tax on pedialyte pops which are not taxable in my state of Pa.
Pennsylvania Dept of Rev suggested I file a tax appeal.
I contacted the seller
and they said they did not charge the tax it was Ebay. I can not find a way to contact Ebay.
Can anyone help?
Thank You !

·2 days agoSave copies of the eBay invoices , listing and anything else you have on that sale. You can file an over payment of tax form with your state tax office. Contact them for the forms you will need.
