I have a US eBay individual account that I use as a buyer. My LLC is registered in Colorado, USA, but my country of residence is outside the United. I would like to convert my existing eBay individual account into a business account for my US LLC. However, there is no “Edit” option next to “Account Type” in my account settings. Could you please advise me on how I can convert my existing account to a business account?

There have been lots of users posting asking for help with this business model but I haven't yet seen a single one that was successful.
What is the name of your LLC?

My LLC is legally registered in Colorado, USA, and I want to operate my eBay business through this US LLC. When I originally created this eBay account, I mistakenly selected Individual instead of Business because I intended to create a business account. I am simply trying to correct that mistake and convert the existing account to a Business account under my US LLC. My personal country of residence is outside the US, and I am happy to provide my actual residence information and any required verification. I just want to know the correct way to change the account type without creating a new account.

Why does it show you're registered in the US?
Doesn't matter where you registered your dropshipping business, you're not located in the US.

My LLC is legally registered in Colorado, USA, so the business details and tax info naturally belong to the US. However, as a non-US resident, my personal identity verification (KYC) reflects my actual country of residence.
I am not claiming to be a US resident personally. I am simply trying to ensure that my eBay account correctly represents my US LLC as the legal entity operating the business, while keeping my personal registration completely transparent with eBay.

Since you're not located in the US, you need an Ebay account registered in your country.
