Changing 1 Hour Auto payment
Summary: 4560 is frustrated with the current automatic payment system, which pays sellers within 1 hour after winning multiple auctions, as it complicates discounts on combined shipping. They would prefer a 4-day payment option to allow sellers time to issue invoices with shipping discounts. mudshark61369 clarifies that the payment options depend on eBay's settings for buyers, while stevescho argues against extending the payment period, stating their satisfaction with the current setup and reimbursement process.
Is there a way to change my payment option to 4 days instead of 1 hour? I've been very frustrated
with this. I'll win multi auctions from seller then it automatically pay seller within 1 hr. I always get discounts on combined
shipping. But with 1 hr autopy the seller has to refund me part of shipping cost. If I could change it to
payment in 4 days that would give seller time to sent invoice with discount on shipping.
Thanks and can someone please help !!

Are you asking the question as a buyer or seller? As a seller there are certain requirements you have to meet to allow combined shipping or Pay in 7 to your buyers. It may mean changing Buyer requirements or setting up combined shipping rules.

As a buyer eBay selects if you qualify for (Pay In 7) which you will see an option for pay within an hour or 7 days, when you commit to buy or win an auction.
