Is the seller requesting you to change feedback? If not then don't worry about it. As others pointed out you can't just change feedback which is told to you up front.

You cannot change your feedback in your own. You need to message your seller and ask them to send you a feedback revision request. Keep an eye on your ebay messages for the request as it is only active for 10 days after it is sent.
In the mean time, you can go to your feedback profile page and in the lower right click on Follow up to given feedback, and add a comment saying the seller worked things out, in case they do not know how to send a revision request.
In the future, since you have up to 60 days to leave feedback, you should wait before leaving a negative, until you are sure the seller will not try to resolve your problem.
