Other than cancelling the order, and re-ordering, you can’t. And for good reason. Next time put your correct address on the order before you click “complete purchase”. You have a chance to review everything to make sure it’s all correct, beforehand. It’s not hard.
Buyers can change the shipping address at checkout right up until payment is sent. After that, the shipping address for that transaction cannot be changed.
The seller is required to ship to the address that comes with the payment or lose all protection in the event of an "item not received" case. Scammers often send messages urging the seller to ship to another address, so sellers are rightly wary of such requests.
If the seller has not shipped yet, the seller may be able to cancel the transaction and relist to allow the buyer to purchase again and provide the correct address, but sellers are not required to do any of that. Contact the seller as soon as possible to make such a request.
Go to your account addresses and update any that need updating, and remove any that need removing. Make sure your current address appears as your Primary Shipping Address -- that is the default that appears at checkout.
You can't change an address after purchase. Some sellers are willing to change it, but it's not allowed by eBay policy and they should refuse. You can ask to cancel the order and reorder it with the correct address.

I don’t think it is against policy Dash, but the seller loses protections. I believe that eBay is made it harder to change the address – but that doesn’t really count if you’re buying your labels on a different service. Maybe ask someone else that works for the seller that you work for.
Changing your shipping address after you’ve bought an item
Sellers generally can’t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout.
If they haven’t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to ask the seller to cancel the transaction, then repurchase the item with the correct shipping address.
For more on canceling a transaction, see our article on canceling an order.
If the seller has already shipped your order, or if they don’t accept the cancellation, the package will be sent to the address you originally selected.

Yes, again you are correct. You CAN change the address on some other label generating site, but NOT on Ebay. And if the seller goes to another site to purchase the shipping label and changes the ship to address to something different than was on the buyer's order, the still LOSE ALL seller protection as @jonathanbrightlight has explained.

Huh? I really just stated the truth – it is not a policy violation. I’m sorry if that was offensive to you. Maybe you misread the post - maybe get a coworker to run through it when you two get a break. Good luck!
It is against policy @powell-collectibles , not only that, if the seller is purchasing the shipping label in Ebay, you aren't even allowed to edit the buyer's ship to address.
When a seller changes the ship to address from what is on the buyer's order, the seller loses ALL seller protection. But you are correct, a seller can use a separate site to purchase their shipping label and change the address, however the rules of Ebay still apply and they will not be covered by any seller protection.

Pay close attention to @jonathanbrightlight and @mam98031 and others who advised that in order to retain your seller protection you must CANCEL the order and have the buyer rebuy with the correct address.
If you ship to a different address by purchasing your label on another site, you WILL lose any protection you have as a seller (and there isn't a lot of it) so I strongly advise against doing as suggested by another poster.
@sandml920-7 is the buyer, not the seller, which means the suggestion by that poster that it is ok for the seller to change the address is particularly heinous, since it is the seller who would be losing their protection, while the buyer is not likely to be affected. It feels calculated, in fact.

Oops, I misread (or forgot) that the OP is the buyer.
My advice stands - I would NEVER advise a seller to ship to a different address than the ebay order directs and depending on a buyer's insistence that I risk my account, livelihood and protection by changing their shipping address, said buyer would likely end up on my BBL.
Anyone who advised anyone else to do that would also end up on my BBL.

Not against policy. You just lose some seller protection. Just like it is not against policy to use a freight forward or as a buyer. You just lose some buyer protections.

Changing an address for a current order:
Buyers can change the shipping address at checkout right up until payment is sent. After that, the shipping address for that transaction cannot be changed.
