Can't retrieve guest order
Hi!
I made a guest purchase. I got a confirmation email. I clicked on view order and got message saying unable to retrieve order. So I tried logging out of eBay account but same message. I tried a chat late last night but kept getting rerouted back and forth asking what I needed no matter how I responded. I asked for agent over and over again but continued to get the run around. Does anyone know the chat hours and how to get to an agent? Or a phone number for help? Or something else I can do? I will say I changed my phone number and had a real hard time getting into my account to change number. Talked to chat agent at some point and she was slow and seemed clueless. Then I can't get in so I wonder if she might've messed it up. Thanks again!

OP1 year agoI ended up getting into the order but it took using my computer. Thanks to you all!
