Can’t have my refund

I have cancel a package from the 14 of July they said that I would have my refund in 3-5 business days until now nothing from eBay

·2 weeks agoYou can open a payment dispute with your credit card issuer. If the refund was sent, it will do no harm to Ebay or the seller. If it was not, your credit card issuer will collect it for you.

·2 weeks agoIf you know the seller cancelled the order, then the refund would have been sent to your method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, it can take 10 business days for the funds to show received by the financial institution and be reflected on your account.
I know with returns buyers have 10 business days to let eBay know if their funds were not received. I don't know if buyers have that when it comes to an order being cancelled.

·2 weeks ago@fareeka The refund was issued. Those "working days" may refer to eBay's end of the process.
I would contact your payment source if you don't see the funds by Tuesday. If they confirm they do not have them, then I would reach out to eBay through their help page.

·2 weeks agoThat 3 to 5 days is the time it takes through the seller->ebay->Adyen->Visa/MC/PayPal/etc.
After that it’s up to the payment provider. Some credit cards may take up to a full billing cycle for a refund to show up on the statement.

·2 weeks agoIf the seller did send you a refund then it will take time to show up in your account or back to your payment source.
