Cant get money for never shipped item
Hello,i bought a laptop on ebay,seller started to ignore after i paid it,never attached tracking,i opened a case in 2 weeks on september 12, 14 days totally passed the case is still on hold,first time it was on hold intill 23th and then the second hold appeared untill 28th,is it a normal situation and would i get my money back what do you think? I never received anything,seller has only 1 feedback,so new account. Shipping supposed to be within USA,not international. Thanks

·1 week agoWhen you open an INR, seller has 3 days to refund or provide tracking that shows the item was delivered.
Did you return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in?
If the seller provides tracking that shows recent movement, they could put the case on hold a few days.
