Can't find original purchase listing
I recently bought some toner here and have been waiting for the label to transition from 'created' to 'shipped'. I went back to check the seller's handling time and can't find the original listing with the shipping details, just what bits of information ebay wants to give me. Furthermore, the seller appears to have changed his terms to exclude my location on this particular item, although none of his other items reflect this. I want to see if I made a mistake in buying.

·2 years agoDo you have the item number from your purchase history page or from your order email confirmation / eBay message confirmation?
Sometimes when the original listing ended you have to click a link at the top of the page to go from the listing eBay's showing you to the original listing you purchased.
If you have the item number, add it to the end of this URL (replace the #s):

OP2 years agoI tried the link and replaced the hashes with my item number, but got a 404 page not found error.

·2 years agoIf you're sure the listing number was correct then it sounds like the listing was removed by eBay.
If you want to PM the item number I can check it out if you want another set of eyes.

·2 years agoIt didn't work for me. I got the "We looked everywhere" ebay page. My order # was 22-10694-49916

No one here can look up an order number. If you've followed the instructions above it's likely that eBay removed the listing. But you should still be able to access enough information in your purchase history to open an item not received case one day after the last estimated delivery date.

·2 years agoI'm trying to find the original listing of an item that has been delivered to compare it to the actual item. It was suggested to add the order # to the URL
ebay.com/ITM/(followed by the order number), which I tried but it did not work. Another commenter asked about the same issue and asked for an order number. I'm so sorry for my ignorance -- just trying to solve a problem. In the past I've always been able to access the original listing once I received my item.

·2 years agoThey asked for an item number, which is not the same as an order number. An item number is typically 12 digits with no dashes. That's the number you need to plug into the URL.
There are two main reasons you wouldn't be able to access the original listing -- it's been more than 90 days since it ended or eBay removed the listing or seller. In either of those cases there's no way to access it.
