Can’t find order confirmation email, not in spam
When I went to checkout, it said order confirmed thanks, said I’ll get an email to the email I provided, and gave me an estimated delivery date and an order number.
I’ve checked every single email containing the word eBay, every email containing the name of the item I purchased. I even checked my old email just in case. The confirmation email is not there. I’ve logged into my account, it’s not in my purchase history. So did the order place or not??!!

·2 weeks agoThat's just a scammer sending messages to people on the forums here. If you move your mouse over the message, there should be a little button that pops up in the top right, and one of the options there is "Flag" (I wish they'd change that to "Report" to be consistent and more clear). That reports it to the mods.

Doing as suggested by eburtonlab is how you can retrieve the email if you bought as a guest. However, you should login to your My ebay page, click on the Account button on the left side when that opens click on Personal info, (you may be asked to sign in again but will be redirected back to the page you were on) scroll down to Communications click and you will see your email address abbreviated and to its right is an Edit button, click on it to see your whole email address and make sure you entered it correctly, if you changed it between the time you first registered and now almost 5 years later.
Your email's subject line will be Order Confirmed and depending on your email provider it could end up in a Promotions, Business, or other folder besides Spam
