Can't Check a Seller's Feedback
When I click on a seller's feedback, all I see is a narrow box that states, "About this seller."
The narrow box never fills in.
Is this a new "feature?"

The info given you by @eburtonlab , was correct, but it seems that now on a listing page clicking on a seller's feedback percentage under their username on a listing page, does only open a blank window:
You can still access their profile from further down the listing page where their username is in a large font, with some comments to the right, by clicking on the See All Feedback under the comments. Even then on the page that opens look to the right of their username and click on
Switch back to classic view to see the page with their country of registry and the box with the different types of feedback they have received. I suggest clicking on the box with
[ Most relevant v ] in it on the right just above the first comment and change that to
[ Most Recent ]
Otherwise you may see comments from 6 months or longer ago first.

·3 weeks agoAre you using a desktop browser? Any difference if you try another browser? Or if you temporarily disable your ad blocker?
If you are starting from a listing, click on the seller's feedback number directly. That should open a popup window; if it populates you should be able to scroll down and use the "see all feedback" button.
Otherwise, go to the seller's profile page by clicking on the seller username in the listing, and from there use the link to the feedback. You may still need to scroll down and use the "see all feedback" button.
If all fails, go to your own feedback page, then paste the seller username over your own in the page URL.

There is no problem with the order, but today when I clicked on their feedback number a narrow box popped up which states "about this seller" but in never fills in.
I tried clicking on the feedback number of another eBay seller and I had the same thing happen.
This is the first time I've had this happen in the many years I've been on eBay.
